easy sausage bokkeum

How about adding a plate of Sausage Bokkeum as one of your banchans today?  Here's a REAL easy recipes that can be done in 15 minutes or even less!

1.  Here are the ingredients you'll need.  1pk. of  Tong Tong Sausage, 1 big spoonful of season soysauce, 1/2 onions cut into bite-size pieces, 1/2 jalapeno peppers cut into half circle, green onions, and a little pinch of salt and pepper.


2. On a heated pan drizzle oil and add the onions.  Cook until slight transparent on medium heat.


3. Cut the sausage into bite-size pieces.  I cute them into 3s.


4. Add the sausages to the onions and add 1 big spoonful of seasoned soysauce (hyangshin soysauce) and stir.


5.  It's starting to look good~  Stir well and sprinkle a small pinch of salt and pepper. 


6. Keep stirring and kick in your JALAPENOS~!


6. Umm~mm~mm! Lastly, add in your green onions and sprinkle in some sesame seeds. 


7.  Plate it nicely on your favorite dish... and Wow!  Look at that~  looking good, isn't it? 

Sausage Bokkeum is everyones favorite banchan!  It's fast and easy! To make it childproof just take out the JALAPENOs!  Won't you try it tonight?
