There's a small juice shop on the corner of 8th and Berendo. They recently added 떡볶이: ddukbokki (spicy rice cake) on their menu, and I have a feeling it's going to bring that store to life! Per owner, the sauce is imported from a popular 떡볶이 joint in Daegu, South Korea. He said it's known for their extreme spicy sauce, and indeed it's SUPER, SUPER, SUPER spicy. It's gives a kick in your mouth- following a kick to your tummy. I recommend this 떡볶이 ONLY to those who can truly handle a SUPER kick. YOUCH (yummy+ouch)!!!
